Basic

The Basic Forehand stroke is based on speed only. The whole body plays from the ready stance.

Preparation
From the ready stance, turn the trunk backwards and shift your weight to the right leg and slightly bend your knees lower than the ready stance.
While turning, bring the paddle down to the hips height.

Execution 
Shift your weight from the right to the left leg and rotate the trunk.
While shifting and turning,  rotate your  elbow in a trajectory forward and up, starting on the hips height  and ending around the chin.
The ball should be hit on the rising with the paddle facing down.
All parts of the body motion should be coordinated to have a fluid stroke.
