Drive

The Forehand drive is the most powerful stroke on table tennis. It`s a combination of speed and spin.
Besides the body motion, you should focus on brushing the ball.

Preparation
From the ready stance, wide more your stance while turning the trunk backwards and shift your weight from left to the right leg and  bend your knees lower than the ready stance.
While turning, bring the paddle further down and lower than the  the hips height.
Face the paddle down in a closed angle.

Execution
Shift your weight from the right to the left leg and rotate the trunk.
While shifting and turning,  rotate your  elbow in a trajectory forward and up.
The ball should be brushed right after the top of the bounce on the falling.
Acceleration is needed to propel the ball.
All parts of the body motion should be coordinated to have a fluid stroke.
After executing , return to the ready stance.
